Registration

Pre-Registration for Megaplex 2019 has not yet opened. Registration will open 01/15/2019 at 00:00 ET. You will be able to register at https://megaplex.regfox.com/megaplex-2019.

Membership Levels:

• Dance Pass $15 At door only.
  Access to the evening dances on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. (Upgradable to a full-weekend membership for the difference in cost.)
• One-Day Pass $35 At door only.
  Access to all general-access functions on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. (Upgradable to a full-weekend membership for the difference in cost.)
• Full Weekend Pass $55
  Full-weekend access to all general-access functions. Collector item* included with each membership.
• Sponsor $100
  All above access and perks, plus access to snacks and meals in our Sponsor lounge.
• Super Sponsor $160
  All above access and perks, plus a Megaplex 2018 t-shirt*, and access to our exclusive Guest of Honor luncheon on Saturday.
• Mega Sponsor $500
  All above access and perks, plus a unique gift for high-level sponsors
• Giga Sponsor $1000
  All above access and perks, plus you'll make us really really really happy!

*Collector item, "Convention T-shirt, and special gifts are available while supplies last.

All memberships can be upgraded to a Full-weekend or higher level membership for the difference in cost.

All attendees must abide by our Code of Conduct.

If you are 18 or older you must have a valid government-issued Photo ID with you to pick up your badge at the convention.

Megaplex is open to attendees of all ages. If you are 16-17, you must either present a valid government-issued Photo ID or be accompanied by a legal parent or guardian at registration.

Anyone between the ages of 13 and 15 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at registration, and guardians must remain on site, but don't have to accompany the attendee at all times.

Anyone under 13 years (welcome free of charge) must be accompanied at all times. (A chaperone can be designated by the parent or legal guardian at registration.)
